A visitor from the Netherlands your casino can't accept
A casino that holds no a Dutch Kansspelautoriteit licencecan't accept a registration from the Netherlands, so the visit would normally end there. With a country rule for Netherlands, that visitor sees the Adboundary screen instead. It lists partner casinos that can accept them, and Adboundary has verified every partner's licence before it can receive traffic.
Payments in Netherlands
Players in the Netherlands often expect to pay with iDEAL. A casino that doesn't offer it can lose those visitors at the cashier. Adboundary can also show the screen based on a payment rule. See payment-restricted traffic.
